Fortune Civil Construction (Fortune) was incorporated in 2008. We are based out of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan. With many years of experience, Fortune is focused on continuously improving our services, people, and processes in order to be able to consistently deliver certainty and positive results to our clients.
Fortune is recognized as an industry-leading company supplying various construction services to the energy, industrial, commercial industries. We offer a wide variety of construction services that include, but are not limited to, project management, construction supervision, estimating, civil construction, earthworks, concrete work, grout work, facility maintenance and infrastructure, general construction, reclamation, and trucking / hauling.

Our Staffing Policy
The construction industry, like many others, requires our personnel to have a diverse set of skills and knowledge. At Fortune, we train, review, and ensure the competency of each employee consistently. Our in-house safety team monitors personnel, encouraging growth and compliance.
Fortune employs a well-rounded dedicated staff regardless of project sizes. This gives us the ability to hire and train additional staff when undertaking larger projects without interruption or sacrifice to the other active projects. Our senior staff are always dedicated to one project at any given time that requires their expertise. The ratio we prefer to use on the more dynamic and critical projects is two senior employees for every one junior employee, and they are on the project until completion. This allows for us to have back up, and support staff that are always familiar and available to the projects that they are dedicated to.
Fortune is independently owned yet maintains many close working relationships with local firms that create opportunity to a variety of expertise and knowledge. These relationships are governed by the workload or the amount of work awarded at any one time, and the knowledge required for the given scope. We understand each project is unique and that the best solutions will evolve from the cooperative work of cross-disciplinary teams. This allows us to hand pick the optimal team to deliver highly customized, complex, and sophisticated projects.
